Scott and Chrissy Kelley of Bremen are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby girl, Jessica Brooke Kelley, born on Dec. 19 at 11:39 p.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital weighing 8 lbs., 2 oz.
Jessica was welcomed by siblings Colby and Brandon, and grandparents, Philip and Freda Kelley of Bremen, and Frank and Debbie Collemer of Warren.
