Parents Andrea and Gary Tibbetts Jr. are proud to announce the birth of baby boy Joseph Clarke Tibbetts, born on July 16 at 2:23 a.m., weighing 7 lbs., 10 oz., measuring 20-1/2 in.
Baby boy Tibbetts was born at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth.
Both parents are graduates of Lincoln Academy in Newcastle.
