Lisa and Justin Frazell, of Bangor, proudly announce the birth of their son, Jude Kelley Frazell, on July 4 at 8:29 a.m. at Eastern Maine Medical Center.
Jude weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz., and is 21 inches, and is joyfully welcomed by big sister Alyx Frazell, grandparents Kim Fletcher (of The Lincoln County News) and Geary Smith of Rockland, Steven and Lorna Fletcher, of Manchester, N.H.; Robert and Anne Carey of Levant, and Dan and Karen Frazell of Orrington.
