Jury selection for the Peter Simonds trial will take place Fri., May 6 or Fri., May 20, Assistant District Attorney Andrew Wright said.
Wright and defense attorney Eric Morse met privately with a judge in Sagadahoc County Superior Court on April 27. Simonds did not appear.
Simonds, a former fourth grade teacher at Great Salt Bay Community School, faces 22 charges of unlawful sexual contact and unlawful sexual touching stemming from his time at the school.
