Lydia and Kevin Crafts of Newcastle are proud to announce the birth of a baby girl. Kestrel Charlotte Crafts was born at 4:41 p.m. on May 9, weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measuring 20 inches long. Kestrel was welcomed by big sister Amelia Crafts.
