The Lady Eagles scored 241 to beat out Belfast 228, Waterville 227, Camden 219.5, Erskine 120.5, Gardiner 110 and Winslow 84.
Lincoln girls won four individual events and two relays. Valeska Vaughn won the 50 and 100 freestyle races. Kara Mullin won the 500 freestyle. Heidi Ziegra won the 100 freestyle.
The Lady Eagles won the 200 free relay in 1:47.73 with Ziegra, Gretchen Konitzky, Mullin and Vaughn; and won the 400 free relay in 3:58.43 with Mullin, Olivia Pennington, Ziegra and Vaughn.
Coach Don Strout was named Girls’ KVAC Coach of the Year.
The Lady Eagles broke five school records and tied one in the championship meet. Heidi Ziegra broke the 100 free record in 2:08.29. Valeska Vaughn broke the 50 free record in 26.61. Olivia Pennington broke the 100 backstroke record in 1:08.13.Lincoln girls broke the 200 free relay record in 1:47.73, and the 400 free relay record in 3:58.43. The 200 medley relay team tied a record in 2:14 with Olivia Pennington, Gretchen Konitzky, Holly Stegna and Carolyn MacDonald.
Belfast won the boys KVAC title with 355, followed by Waterville 247, Winslow 158, Camden 145, Lincoln Academy 98, Medomak Valley 59, Erskine 39, Oak Hill 19, and Gardiner 14. Belfast’s coach was boys’ Coach of the Year.
