AQUACULTURE AQUACULTURE LEASE APPLICATION – PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Dodge Cove Marine Farm has applied for a limited-purpose (experimental) aquaculture lease to grow American oysters using bottom culture techniques on a 3.1 – acre site located southwest of Hog Island, Damariscotta River, Damariscotta. Other compatible uses of the area would be permitted. The application is posted on the DMR website at www.maine.gov/dmr/aquaculture, under “Pending Aquaculture Lease Applications.”
The Commissioner announces a public comment period for this application. A public hearing is required only if requested in writing by five (5) or more interested persons prior to the comment deadline.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered May 1, 2014 in the action entitled Wells Fargo Bank, NA v. Rachel D. Robinson, by the Maine District Court, Wiscasset, Docket No. WISDC-RE-11-14, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Rachel D.
