The Municipal Officers of the Town of Damariscotta will hold a public hearing March 4, 2015 at 5:00p.m. at the Town Office located at 21 School St. to hear public comments on the following:
• Proposed Amendments to the Shellfish Ordinance
• Proposed Amendments to the Harbor Management Ordinance to be-come the Harbor Intergovernmental Agreement
• Proposed Adult Entertainment Ordinance: An amendment to theTown’s Land Use Ordinance establishing regulations for Adult Entertainment Es-tablishments to establish reasonable and uniform regulations to prevent the deleterious secondary impacts of adult entertainment establishments with-in the Town of Damariscotta. It is not the purpose of this ordinance amend-ment to ban adult entertainment establishments, or to limit the content of, or access to, protected speech or expression. Such regulations would be
retroactive to August 20, 2014.
All citizens interested, are invited to attend and comment.

To see if the Town will vote to approve a Community Block Grant Application for Infrastructure improvements on Elm Street and to see if the Town will appropriate $61,000 from the Town’s unappropriated surplus to be used towards the grant match.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered November 17, 2014, in the action entitled Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company v. Marlin D. Swartzentruber and Easter C. Swartzentruber, et al., by the Wiscasset District Court, Docket No. WISDC-RE-12-39, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Marlin D. Swartzentruber and Easter C. Swartzentruber to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for WCS Lending, LLC, dated June 24, 2009, and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 4182, Page 270, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

The property is located at 7 Pump Street, Newcastle, Maine, as described in said mortgage. The sale will be by public auction.
