Request for Proposals for Financial Auditing Services
The Town of Boothbay Harbor invites qualified independent public accounting fi rms and individuals to submit proposals for the performance of an annual audit of its financial accounts and records covering a three year period July 1, 2014-June 30, 2017 for the purpose of rendering an auditor’s opinion regarding compliance with applicable legal provisions and with generally accepted accounting standards. The Town of Damariscotta will hold a Public Hearing on February 18, at 5:00 p.m., at the Town Office to discuss an application being submitted to the State of Maine CDBG program for a Public Infrastructure grant. The purpose of the grant application is to improve storm drainage, water quality, and sidewalks on and adjacent to Elm Street from Lewis Point and west to Main Street and in Theater Street. Public comments will be solicited at this Hearing and will be submitted as part of the application. All persons wishing to make comments or ask questions about the grant application are invited to attend this Public Hearing.
