NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE
Please take notice that Richard and Wendy Prée, 16 Bird Hill Rd., Ashfield, MA 01330, (413) 628-3875 are intending to file a Natural Resources Protection Act permit application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A. §§ 480-A through 480-BB on or about 1/29/2014.
The application is for pier, gangway, and float at the following location: 1500 Back Cove, Waldoboro, ME 04572.
A request for a public hearing or a request that the Board of Environmental Protection assume jurisdiction over this application must be received by the Department, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. A public hearing may or may not be held at the discretion of the Commissioner or Board of Environmental Protection. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application.
For Federally licensed, permitted, or funded activities in the Coastal Zone, review of this application shall also constitute the State’s consistency review in accordance with the Maine Coastal Program pursuant to Section 307 of the federal Coastal Zone Management Act, 16 U.S.C. § 1456.
The application will be filed for public inspection at the Department of Environmental Protection’s office in Augusta during normal working hours. A copy of the application may also be seen at the municipal offices in Waldoboro, Maine.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE
TAKE NOTICE HEREBY that pursuant to the Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered on August 21, 2013 in the Maine District Court, Division of Lincoln, Docket No. WISDC-RE-13-3 in the civil action entitled Maine State Credit Union v. Jeffrey Powell, which proceedings involved the foreclosure of a mortgage of real estate located in Waldoboro, Maine at 440 Back Cove Rd., mortgage deed recorded in the Lincoln Registry of Deeds in Book 3705, Page 100, the statutory 90-day redemption period having elapsed without redemption, the mortgagee will sell to the highest bidder on February 27, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the property on 440 Back Cove Rd., Waldoboro, Maine, all of its right, title and interest acquired by virtue of said judgment in and to the following described premises:

TERMS OF SALE: Oral bids will be accepted beginning at 10:00 A.M. on that date. All bidders (except mortgagee, who may bid at the sale) will be required to show at least four thousand Dollars ($4,000) of any bid given, in cash or certified funds, before such bid will be accepted. The successful highest bidder will be required to deposit at least four thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) toward his bid with Donald J. Gasink in cash or certified funds, which sum will not be refunded in the event of failure to close, and no interest will be paid by Mortgagee thereon in any event. The successful bidder will be required to sign a sales contract with Mortgagee calling for a closing within forty-five (45) days of the public sale, at which time the balance of the purchase price will be due in cash or certified funds, and Mortgagee will deliver to the successful bidder a duly executed quit-claim deed to the property.
