Request for Proposals for Financial Auditing Services
The Town of Boothbay Harbor invites qualified independent public accounting fi rms and individuals to submit proposals for the performance of an annual audit of its financial accounts and records covering a three year period July 1, 2014-June 30, 2017 for the purpose of rendering an auditor’s opinion regarding compliance with applicable legal provisions and with generally accepted accounting standards. Detailed bid specifications are available at either the Town Office, the town website www.boothbayharbor.org or they can also be sent via email if requested at jlatter@boothbayharbor.org.Building on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

OPEN HOUSE for WATERFRONT & MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
The Damariscotta Waterfront Project Committee will host an open house on Thursday, February 5th beginning at 5:15p.m. until 7:30p.m., at the Great Salt Bay School cafeteria to discuss improvements to the municipal parking lot and downtown waterfront area. The public is invited and encouraged to attend in order to provide their perspective and ideas to the committee. Light fare will be provided by Damariscotta River Grill, Rising Tide, Fernald’s, King Eider’s and Metcalf’s prior to the start of the presentation at 6p.m.
