Please take notice that the Lincoln and Sagadahoc Multicounty Jail Authority, 522 Bath Road, Wiscasset, Maine (207) 882-4268 intends to fi le an Air Emission License application renewal with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A., Section 590, which expires on March 24, 2015. The application is for existing building heating equipment, two boilers and one 1250 kW diesel at the Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset, Maine.
According to Department regulations, interested parties must be publicly notifi ed, written comments invited, and if justifi ed, an opportunity for public hearing given. A request for a public hearing or for the Board of Environmental Protection to assume jurisdiction must be received by the Department, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is accepted by the Department as complete for processing.
The application and supporting documentation are available for review at the Bureau of Air Quality (BAQ) of DEP offi ces in Augusta, (207) 287-2437, during normal working hours. A copy of the application and supporting documentation may also be seen at the municipal offi ce in Wiscasset, Maine.

Weatherization Services
Energy Services, a Division of the Kennebec Valley Community Action Program invites bids from interested parties to provide weatherization services on homes and mobile homes of low- income clients as part of its Weatherization Program throughout Kennebec/ Somerset/Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties. Bids will be taken for the installation of weatherization materials and labor.
In order for any contractor to submit a formal bid, representatives of interested partiesmust attend the Informational Meeting that will be held on January 12, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at our Drapeau Building located at 97 Water Street, Waterville. By virtue of and in execution of the power of sale contained in a certain Mortgage Deed given by Goodnow & Goodnow, LLC to Bangor Savings Bank dated November 20, 2007, and recorded in the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds in Book 3935, Page 228, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the condition of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the property described in said mortgage will be sold at public sale at 10:30 o’clock a.m. on the 5th day of February, 2015. The above described premises will be sold together with any and all buildings located thereon and any and all rights, easements, privileges, and appurtenances belonging thereto, all of the foregoing shall hereinafter, collectively, be called the Property.
The Property shall be conveyed subject to the following items:
1. TERMS OF SALE
THE PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD ON AN “AS IS” “WHERE IS” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS, SIZE, HABITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY OR THE STATE OF TITLE TO THE PROPERTY.
