Invitation to bid on paving
The Town of Whitefield will hold a mandatory pre-bid con-ference on July 11 at 8 a.m. at the Whitefield Town Office located at 36 Townhouse Road. The town is interested in paving approximately 1.4 miles of road.
Bidders will meet with the town’s road commissioner who will explain the improvements scheduled to be completed to the center section of the Hunts Meadow Road. Upon review of Plaintiff, Maine State Housing Authority’s (“Plaintiff”) Ex Parte Motion to Service by Publication and Enlargement of Time to Complete Civil Process, and Incorporated Memorandum of Law dated March 27, 2014, and the Complaint for Foreclosure by Civil Action, the Court finds that Plaintiff has commenced a civil action to foreclose a mortgage on real estate described above; that the foreclosure action will affect the interest of Defendant, Wendi M.P. Jacobs(“Defendant”), in said real property; and that after due diligence, Plaintiff has been unable to make service on Defendant. It is therefore:
(a) That Plaintiff’s Motion is granted;
