TOWN OF ALNA
Snow Plowing Bids
The Town of Alna is accepting bids for a snow removal and sanding contract for up to fi ve (5) years. Contract will be effective beginning this winter, October 2014 through April of 2019. The Town of Alna will supply the sand and salt. Total Mileage is 29 miles.
Bids must be in writing, in an envelope marked “Town of Alna Snow Removal and Sanding Bid” and can be delivered to the Town Office or mailed to Town of Alna 1568 Alna Road, Alna ME 04535 by 6pm on August 6th 2014.

TERMS OF SALE: The Property shall be sold as an entirety by open public auction. All bids will be accepted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2014. All bidders will be required to deposit $10,000 in cash or certified U.S. funds made payable to Pierce Atwood LLP, the Lender’s attorneys, in order to register to bid (the “Deposit”). By virtue of and in execution of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered on August 15, 2013, in the Sixth District Court, Division of Lincoln County, Civil Action Docket No. WISDC-RE-12-36, in an action brought by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff, against Duane R.
