In accordance with 5 M.R.S.A 6200 et seq., the Land for Maine’s Future Board will vote on a proposal to allocate funds to support the Damariscotta River Association’s fee simple acquisition of 2.9± acres of land owned by Rebecca Rice of, or formally of, Mariaville, Maine.
Crow Island is located to the east of Rutherford Island in western John’s Bay and is identified on South Bristol Tax Map 7; Lot 16. Lincoln County Registry of Deeds Book 3386 Page 54.

The Town of Woolwich is accepting sealed bids for the 2015 mowing season. The contract involves mowing and trimming the grounds at the Municipal building, Nequasset Cemetery, Nequasset Meeting House, Old Town House, Waterfront Recreational Area, Veteran’s Monument/Parking and at the North Fire Station.
Bid specifications are available at the Town Office, 13 Nequasset Road, Woolwich. All bids must be in sealed envelopes marked “Mowing Bid” and are due at the Town Office by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2015. Please contact the Town Office at 442-7094 with any questions.
