The Town of Bremen requests bids for rebuilding and drainage of approximately 123 feet of dry-stack stone retaining wall at the Hillside Cemetery, Route 32, Bremen. Bid specifications are available at the Bremen Town Center or contact Tom Kostenbader, Project Manager, 529-5945. Sealed bids to be opened on May 15, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Selectmen’s Meeting.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.

Invitation to Bid – Grounds Maintenance
The Town of Whitefield is seeking proposals for grounds maintenance for the 2014 mowing season for the town office, recycling center, sand and salt shed, cemeteries and fire departments.
Bids must be completed and filed with the Administrative Assistant at 36 Townhouse Rd., Whitefield, ME (mailing address PO Box 58, Whitefield, ME 04353) by May 5, 2014 at 3 pm. Bids received after that time will not be considered. All bids must be sealed and marked “Grounds Maintenance.”
Bids for the grounds maintenance will be opened and read aloud at the Board of Selectmen meeting on May 5, 2014, commencing at 6:00 pm. After consideration of all bids, and within 30 days after the bids are opened, a decision shall be announced from the Board of Selectmen. The Town reserves the right to waive all formalities and to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid & to negotiate to sever portions of the bids.
