Sections 651 and 151 to 159, has determined that public exigency requires the taking in fee simple all lands as hereinafter described, and all rights in land as specified, and as shown on a Right-of-Way Map, State Aid Highway No. 1 (Route 32), Town of Bremen, State Project No. 18103.00, (W.I.N. 018103.00), dated March 2014, on file in the Office of the Department of Transportation, (D.O.T. TERMS OF SALE
The property will be sold to the highest bidder. An initial non-refundable deposit of $5,000.00 in cash or certified check shall be payable at the time of auction, with the balance due and payable within thirty days upon presentation of the deed.
