(2)Add new Sub-section on the procedure for resubdivision.
SHORELAND ZONING ORDINANCE:
Section 12.C.1: Non-conforming Structures.
(3)30% rule for expansion of non-conforming structures: Delete 30% volume expansion and substitute maximum square footage or 30% expansion from 1989 footprint, whichever larger.
Section 15.B.1.b: Principal and Accessory Structures.
(4)Along Great Salt Bay extend combined frontage and setback of structures to total to at least 500 feet but with at least a 125 foot setback to all shorefront lots not just lots in subdivisions.
