Public Sale of Municipal PropertyThe Town of Boothbay Harbor is offering through a public sale, a 21′ 1990 Steiger Craft Block Island boat. The sale includes a 2013 Yamaha F115LA 4-stroke Series (x1) outboard engine with approximately 750 hours of use. Also included in the sale are a 1990 Single 22 Fleet galvanized trailer, 16 mile radar, bilge pump and assorted dock lines and fenders.

The public sale will be by a sealed bid. The minimum bid is $11,500. Bid response forms must be used and are available at the Town of Boothbay Harbor Municipal Office. All bids must be received by the Town Manager on or before October 23rd, 2015 by 4:30 PM at the Municipal Offices at 11 Howard Street, Boothbay Harbor, Maine 04538.
Accompanying all bids to be received on bid response forms, bidders must also include a deposit equal to 10% of the total bid by enclosing a certified check, bank check or postal money order made out to the Town of Boothbay Harbor. Personal checks will not be accepted.
Successful bidders shall be required to execute a purchase and sale agreement and to complete the purchase within thirty (30) days of the date of the Town’s acceptance of the bids. Deposits will be applied to the final purchase price. If a successful bidder fails to complete a purchase, the bidder’s deposit shall be forfeited to the Town and the Town may then negotiate directly with any unsuccessful bidders or, at the Town’s option, conduct another public sale or otherwise sell the property. .
The property is being offered and will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis, with no expressed or implied warranties whatsoever with respect to any matter. .

2. Remove the existing roofing materials down to deck.
3. Replace deck approximately 26′ x 10′ (new deck to match existing as close as possible (white underside of new decking).
4. Install new wooden nailers along perimeter as required.
5. Install two layers of 2.5″ polyisocyanurate insulation, fasten to deck with roof system manufactures approved system.
6. Fully adhere a .060″ EPDM membrane, manufactured by Carlisle SynTec or Firestone Building Products, to the new insulation.
7. Install new Dark Bronze 24 gauge steel edge detail along perimeter.
8. Install new flashings at walls and roof penetrations per manufacturer’s specifications.
9. This work will include a minimum of 15-year manufacturer’s limited membrane system warranty.
10. Rake and sweep nightly to keep the ground free of debris.
11. Once the project is completed the grounds surrounding the work area should be restored to the previous state (no debris).
12. List all warranties including but not limited to the Manufactures Warranty on materials & supplies and workmanship warranty
.13. Provide hourly labor rate for all work to be completed for any additional change orders.

AQUACULTURE LEASE RENEWAL
The Commissioner is considering an application to renew for ten years to January 29, 2026, a 0.94 – acre lease, DAM SL, located in the Damariscotta River, Bristol & Damariscotta, held by Jonathan Dickinson for the purposes of cultivating American/Eastern oysters using bottom culture techniques. The lessee would be bound by the terms and conditions of the existing lease. A public hearing is not required unless requested by five (5) or more interested persons.
