June 28, a 16-year-old male juvenile from Wiscasset was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal possession of marijuana, on Bristol Rd., Bristol, by Deputy Henry Grenier.
June 28, a 17-year-old male juvenile from Wiscasset was issued a summons for illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor, on Bristol Rd., Bristol, by Deputy Henry Grenier.
June 23, Rachael R. Simmons, 26, of Damariscotta was arrested on a warrant out of Lincoln County for trafficking in scheduled drugs, on Meadow Court, Damariscotta, by Deputy Henry Grenier.
June 23, Terry Lee Elwell, 33, of Damariscotta was arrested for violating condition of release, on Meadow Court, Damariscotta, by Deputy Henry Grenier.
June 23, Frank A. Dinsmore, 47, of Jefferson was arrested for violating condition of release, on McGuire Rd., Jefferson, by Deputy Matthew Day.
June 25, Aaron D. Curtin, 35, of Newcastle was arrested on a warrant out of Lincoln County for failure to appear, on Mills Rd., Newcastle, by Deputy Henry Grenier.
June 28, Mark D. Bailey, 20, of Jefferson was arrested for operating under the influence, operating beyond license restriction, minor transporting liquor and a summons for operating with a passenger possessing open container of alcohol on a public way, on Bristol Rd., Bristol, by Deputy Henry Grenier.

On June 25, an accident occurred on Rt. 17 in Jefferson involving Amy G. Powers, 38, of Hope. Powers was traveling eastbound when a deer entered the travel lane from a wooded area and was struck. Powers’ 2004 Honda sustained an estimated $2500 in damage. Sgt. Daniel Sceviour was the investigating officer.
On June 28, an accident occurred on Rt. 130 in Bristol involving Sidney L. Plummer, 16, of South Bristol. Plummer was traveling northbound when she swerved to avoid an animal in the roadway and lost control. As a result, her vehicle went down over a slight embankment and came to rest against some small trees. Plummer’s 1999 Saab sustained an estimated $800 in damage. Deputy Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.
On June 27, an accident occurred on Rt. 130 in Bristol involving Sara G. Harlow, 29, of Nobleboro. Harlow was traveling southbound when a deer ran into the roadway and was struck. Harlow’s 1999 Ford sustained an estimated $1200 in damage. Deputy Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.
On June 27, an accident occurred on Poor Farm Rd. in Bristol involving Tyler J. Leavitt, 16, of Damariscotta. Leavitt was traveling southbound at a high rate of speed and lost control of his vehicle. As a result, the vehicle left the roadway, struck two trees and came to rest against a third tree. His vehicle then caught on fire as he was able to exit. Leavitt’s 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck sustained an estimated $15,000 in damage. Deputy Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
On June 29, an accident occurred on Rt. 129 in South Bristol involving Sarah M. Alley, 16, of Walpole. Alley was traveling northbound and due to a dog jumping in the driver’s control area, she lost control of her vehicle and went off the roadway. Alley’s 1994 Volvo sustained an estimated $948 in damage. Deputy Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.
