Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
April 1, Kenneth Sawyer, 64, of Cushing was issued a summons for attaching false plates, on Atlantic Highway, Waldoboro, by Deputy Matthew Day.
April 4, Jedediah J. Dubiel, 27, of Newcastle was issued a summons for operating after suspension – other jurisdiction, on Main Street, Newcastle, by Sgt. Jason Nein.
April 2, Theodore Frydrych, 63, of Boothbay was arrested for disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and refusing to sign summons, on St. Andrews Lane, Boothbay Harbor, by Deputy Todd Chilton.
April 4, Paul Lambert, 26, of Dresden was arrested on a warrant for hindering apprehension or prosecution, on Amy Circle, Dresden, by Deputy Kevin Dennison.
April 1, Matthew Perkins, 58, of Randolph, speeding, 55 mph in a posted 35 mph speed zone, Rt. 27, Dresden, Dep. Todd Chilton.
April 2, Darius Bedard, 47, of Washington, displaying an expired inspection sticker; failure to show proof of insurance, Rt. 213, Jefferson, Dep. Mark Bridgham.

April 4, Christopher Holley, 61, of New Harbor, improper pass, Bristol Rd., Damariscotta, Sgt. Jason Nein.
April 4, Caryn Kear, 43, of New Harbor, failure to display an inspection sticker, Leeman Hill Rd., New Harbor, Sgt. Jason Nein.
On April 3, an accident occurred on Eddy Road in Edgecomb involving Conrad G. Griffin, 23, of Wiscasset. Griffin was traveling westbound when he lost control of his vehicle, due to speed, and left the roadway. His vehicle then rolled onto its roof. Griffin’s 2004 Toyota pickup truck sustained an estimated $5000 in damage. Sgt. Brendan Kane was the investigating officer.
On April 4, an accident occurred on Patterson Road in Dresden involving James A. Campbell, 20, of Richmond and Pauly D. Tarbox, 66, of Gardiner. Tarbox stopped at the stop sign and entered the intersection. Campbell approached the intersection and began skidding. His vehicle then struck Tarbox’s vehicle and continued to skid through the intersection. Campbell’s 2004 Chevrolet sustained an estimated $3500 in damage and Ms. Tarbox’s 2007 Toyota sustained an estimated $4000 in damage. Deputy Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On April 5, an accident occurred on Waldoboro Road in Bremen involving Merrillee C. Cheney, 42, of New Harbor. Cheney was traveling northbound when she experienced a medical emergency. As a result, her vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree and hit a large stonewall. Ms. Cheney’s 2005 Toyota sustained an estimated $8000 in damage. Deputy Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
