July 27, Patrick J. Moran, 21, of Damariscotta was issued a summons for furnishing liquor to a minor on Glidden Street, Newcastle, by Deputy Kevin Dennison
July 27, Dana S. Malseptic, 20, of Damariscotta was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor, on Glidden Street, Newcastle, by Deputy Kevin Dennison.
July 27, Daniel Perry, 43, of Nashua, N.H. was arrested for violating condition of release, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Det. Robert McFetridge.
July 27, Justin C. Jones, 22, of Wiscasset was arrested for violating condition of release, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Det. Ronald Rollins.
July 27, Zachary A. Dunning, 19, of Alna was arrested for violating condition of release and possession of marijuana, on West Alna Road, Alna, by Deputy Todd Chilton.
July 29, Jerry H. Connelly, 68, of Jefferson was arrested for domestic violence assault and operating under the influence, on Waldoboro Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Scott Hayden and Deputy Kevin Dennison.
July 29, Stephen G. Hanna, 26, of Bremen was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear, on Waldoboro Road, Bremen, by Deputy Matthew Day.
July 29, Jamie Young, 32, of South Bristol was arrested on an outstanding warrant, on Poorhouse Cove Road, South Bristol, by Deputy Matthew Day.
July 30, Matthew J. Kinney, 27, of Bremen was arrested on an active warrant out of Oxford County and for cultivating marijuana, on Biscay Road, Bremen, by Deputy Justin Drake.
July 31, Deirdre D. Albert, 39, of Bristol was arrested for aggravated assault and domestic violence reckless conduct, on Bristol Road, New Harbor, by Deputy Matthew Day.
Aug. 1, Mark A. James, 44, of Edgecomb was arrested for operating under suspension – prior; operating vehicle without license and two counts of violating condition of release, on Carriage Court, Dresden, by Deputy Todd Chilton.
On July 27, an accident occurred on Rt. 96 in Boothbay involving John M. Fessenden, 18, of Farmingdale and Eileen P. Higgins, 52, of Boothbay. Fessenden was backing his 2007 Nissan Sentra from a parked position. Higgins stopped her 1995 Mazda Miata to make a left turn onto Rt. 96 from the East Boothbay General Store parking lot. Fessenden failed to see Higgins’ vehicle and struck it in the rear. Sgt. Jason Nein was the investigating officer.
On July 28, an accident occurred on Rt. 32 in Bristol involving Thomas S. Benner, 24, of Bristol. Benner, who was operating a 1997 Dodge Dakota, failed to negotiate a sweeping turn in the road and struck a tree. Sgt. Brendan Kane was the investigating officer.
On July 30, an accident occurred on River Road in Boothbay involving Dannette J. Darrow, 50, of Long Key, Fla. and Stephanie Durgin, 23, of Boothbay. Darrow was operating her 2002 GMC Safari westbound and Durgin was in her driveway, in her 2011 Ford Fiesta, attempting to cross the River Road onto the Pension Ridge Road. Durgin failed to see Darrow’s vehicle and entered the roadway. Darrow was unable to avoid striking Durgin’s vehicle causing disabling damage to it. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.
On July 31, an accident occurred on Carriage Court in Dresden involving Bonnie L. Howard, 25, of Clinton. Howard turned her 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser onto Carriage Court from Gardiner Road. Her passenger advised of a deer in the road and Howard hit the gas instead of the brake causing her vehicle to run off the road and strike a tree. Deputy Todd Chilton was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 1, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Aaron J. Witt, 28, of Boothbay Harbor and Brian R. White, 24, of Rangeley. Witt was operating his 2005 Saturn View northbound on Rt. 27. White, who was operating a 1999 Ford Econoline, was stopped in the northbound travel lane to make a left turn onto Eddy Road. Witt stated he looked down to find a cigarette and failed to see White’s vehicle. Witt attempted to avoid White’s vehicle by braking/skidding, however, he struck it in the rear. Sgt. Jason Nein was the investigating officer.
