Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
May 4, Rebecca Olson, 32, of Damariscotta was issued summonses for failing to give motor vehicle accident information and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, on East Neck Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jared Mitkus.
April 29, Peary E. Merrifield, 39, of Somerville, was arrested for failure to register or update information, on Hewett Road, Somerville, by Det. Sgt. Ronald Rollins.
May 1, Alan L. Scott-Ryderson, 19, of Bath, turned himself into Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, on an arrest warrant from Bath Police Department for violating condition of release. He was arrested without incident by Deputy Chad Gilbert and turned over to jail staff.
May 1, Jeffery P. Luce, 36, of Whitefield, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release, on Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, by Det. Scott Hayden.
May 2, Brian Cray, 24, of Gardiner, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay fine, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Aaron Beck.
May 2, Alan L. Scott-Ryerson, 19, of Bath, was arrested on a warrant out of Androscoggin County for robbery, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Aaron Beck.
May 2, Steven F. McLain, 59, of Bristol, was arrested for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon – domestic violence, on Little Road, Bristol, by Sgt. Brendan Kane.
On May 1, an accident occurred on East River Road in Whitefield involving Pablo A. Ortiz, 50, of Jefferson. Ortiz was operating his 2004 Toyota Sequoia northbound when a deer ran in front of his vehicle, causing him to strike the deer with the driver’s side quarter panel. Deputy Aaron Beck was the investigating officer.
On May 2, an accident occurred on Rockland Road in Whitefield involving Kenneth A. Johnson, 55, of Warren, and Rebecca G. Webber, 27, of Sidney. Johnson was stopped in the construction zone in traffic in his 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Webber, who was operating her 2005 Chevrolet Impala, fell asleep and struck the rear end of Johnson’s vehicle. Deputy Ryan Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
