Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
Nov. 19, Michael S. Hawkins, 31, of Wiscasset, was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to pay fine from Wiscasset District Court and theft – class C from Cumberland County District Court, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Daniel Sceviour.
Nov. 20, Paul Thompson, 69, of Waldoboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Wiscasset, by Transport Deputy Clayton Jordan, who was assisted by Detective Sgt. Ronald Rollins.
Nov. 24, Christopher A. Deniger, 22, of Southport, was arrested on a probation violation and for violating condition of release, on Dogfish Head Road, Southport, by Deputy Mitkus, who was assisted by Boothbay Harbor Officer Nick Upham.
On Nov. 19, an accident occurred on U.S. Route 1 in Nobleboro involving Victoria E. Bricker, 52, of Camden. Bricker was operating her 2014 Toyota Camry northbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. Deputy Aaron Beck was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 20, an accident occurred on CCIA Road in South Bristol involving Jeffery B. Poole, 58, of South Bristol. Poole was operating his 1996 Chevrolet Kodiak (a boom truck) and was attempting to move equipment when the ground gave way under the support, causing the truck to roll onto its side. Deputy Kenneth Hatch was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 20, an accident occurred on South Clary Road in Jefferson involving Richard A. York, 58, of Vassalboro, and Peter D. Gillingham, 52, of Montrose, Penn. York was operating his 2007 GMC Sierra northbound on South Clary Road near the intersection of Hinks Road. Gillingham was operating his 2015 GMC Sierra southbound in the same area. When the vehicles passed each other, they struck mirrors, causing both to break. Deputy Beck was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 20, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Mitzi A. Delano, 61, of Damariscotta. Delano was operating her 2006 Ford Explorer northbound and as she was proceeding forward, a deer entered the travel lane from a wooded area and was struck. Sgt. Sceviour was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 22, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Timothy M. McLure, 59, of Counce, Tenn. McLure was operating his 2006 Ford Explorer southbound when a deer came out of the woods and hit his vehicle. Deputy Ryan Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 22, an accident occurred on Center Street in Nobleboro involving Ralph W. York, 69, of Damariscotta. York was operating his 2004 Subaru Legacy southbound when a deer darted out of the tree line and crossed the roadway. York was unable to stop and, as a result, struck the deer. Reserve Deputy Jennifer Sherman was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 22, an accident occurred on Country Club Road in Boothbay involving Lucille E. Brown-Pendleton, 62, of Boothbay. Brown-Pendleton was operating her 2004 Pontiac Bonneville in the transfer station yard area when she struck a small frozen snowbank while trying to move further to the right for another vehicle to pass by her. This caused the lower right front valance and fog light to be damaged due to the low ground clearance. Deputy Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 22, an accident occurred on Somerville Road in Somerville involving John T. Goulet, 45, of Somerville. Goulet was operating his 2004 Dodge Intrepid southbound when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the roadway, and struck a tree. Deputy Chubbuck was the investigating officer.
