Aug. 25, John D. Dow, 30, of Nobleboro, was issued a summons for operating after suspension, on Mills Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.
Aug. 25, a 17-year-old female juvenile from Bristol was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor, on Thompson Inn Road, South Bristol, by Deputy Aaron Beck.
Aug. 27, Christopher L. Graves, 24, of Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone, on Kenney Field Drive, Boothbay Harbor, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Aug. 26, Rebecca D. Fuller, 23, of West Bath, was arrested on an outstanding West Bath District Court warrant for failure to appear, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Wiscasset, by Transport Deputy James Read.
Aug. 27, Shawn T. Brewer, 32, of Waldoboro, was arrested for violating condition of release, on Friendship Road, Waldoboro, by Detective Mitkus.
Aug. 28, George A. Yanez, 41, of Hallowell, was arrested for violating condition of release, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Detective Mitkus.
Aug. 29, Robert C. Owens Jr., 48, of Falmouth, was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime, on Ocean Gate Road, Southport Island, by Deputy Chubbuck.
Aug. 29, Timothy E. Peaslee, 43, of Whitefield, was arrested for operating under the influence, on Piper Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Kevin Dennison.
Aug. 29, Phillip A. Keller Jr., 29, of Brunswick, was arrested for violating condition of release, on Campground Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Caleb Poirier, who was assisted by Sgt. Brendan Kane and Deputy Dennison.
Aug. 31, Juston L. Nicholson, 35, of Newcastle, was arrested for operating under the influence, three-plus priors; failure to notify owner of property damage accident; and operating while license suspended/revoked, three priors, on Mills Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Joel Seekins, who was assisted by Sgt. Kane.
Aug. 31, Christopher L. Graves, 24, of Boothbay Harbor, was arrested for violating a protection order, on Kenney Field Drive, Boothbay Harbor, by Deputy Seekins, on behalf of Detective Mitkus.
On Aug. 25, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Tyler A. Stevens, 18, of New Harbor, and Elizabeth A. Brent, 38, of Norwood, Mass. Stevens was operating his 2002 Subaru Legacy northbound and Brent was entering Route 130 from Massasoit Drive in her 2013 Chrysler Town Car. Brent failed to notice Stevens’ vehicle, pulled out, and, as a result, struck his vehicle. Deputy Gilbert was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 25, an accident occurred on Bath Road in Wiscasset involving Joseph A. Jose, 57, of Boothbay. Jose’s 2004 Volkswagen was legally parked in the Ames Hardware parking lot, facing Route 1. A 2003 Ford F-250 was parked in the same parking lot, facing the Ames building. The operator of the Ford F-250 backed up and hit Jose’s vehicle, which was unoccupied. The operator of the Ford F-250 backed into its original parking space, where the female operator got out of her vehicle, waited for a minute, and then left the scene. Maj. Ken Mason was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 26, an accident occurred on East Pond Road in Nobleboro involving Lucille M. Crowley, 64, of Damariscotta. Crowley was operating her 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser eastbound when she stated she fell asleep at the wheel. As a result, her vehicle crossed the westbound lane and entered a ditch on the west side of the roadway, striking some trees. Deputy 1st Class Mark Bridgham was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 27, an accident occurred on Pemaquid Trail in Bristol involving Laurence M. Bader, 71, of Barrington, Ill., and Joshua I. Marx, 36, of Garland. Marx was operating his 1998 Kenworth truck southbound and Bader was following Marx’s vehicle in his 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. Marx missed his turn to go onto Sherwood Forest Road and backed up in the roadway and into Bader’s vehicle. Deputy Gilbert was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 27, an accident occurred on Duck Puddle Road in Nobleboro involving Barbara L. King, 81, of Nobleboro. King was operating her 2012 Dodge Ram northbound on a very narrow section of Duck Puddle Road. A small excavator was parked to the roadside, not running and unoccupied. A contractor and his worker had just finished road repair work and both stated they yelled and waved for King to stop, however, she did not stop and collided with the parked excavator. Deputy Seekins was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 27, an accident occurred on Ranger Road in Bristol involving Gordon E. Fossett, 83, of Round Pond. Fossett was operating his 2002 Chevrolet 2500 southbound when he stated that he was blinded by the sun. As a result, his vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and struck a utility pole with the trailer he was hauling. Sgt. Day was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 28, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Jefferson involving Scott P. Little, 44, of Jefferson. Little was operating his 2006 Chevrolet Aveo southbound when a deer ran out from the left side of the road and was struck. Deputy Poirier was the investigating officer.
On Aug. 29, an accident occurred on Botanical Gardens Drive in Boothbay involving Robert L. Campbell, 30, of Boothbay, and Chooi S. Corish, 68, of Brunswick. Corish was operating her 2004 Subaru Forester southbound and stopped to yield to oncoming traffic traveling in the northbound lane before turning left onto Botanical Gardens Drive. Campbell failed to stop and rear-ended Corish’s vehicle with his 2002 Ford F-250. Deputy Seekins was the investigating officer.
