Lincoln County Superior Court dealt with several criminal cases between Feb. 16-March 6, including cases involving theft and illegal possession of scheduled drugs.
Richard Austin, 31, of Newcastle had his probation partially revoked for a probation violation and was sentenced to all but 20 months of a five-year sentence with the state Dept. of Corrections (DOC). Probation is for two years.
Christopher A. Bennett, 36, of Waldoboro had his probation partially revoked and was sentenced to five months in jail.
Michael B. Burns, 26, of Wiscasset had his probation revoked and was sentenced to eight months in jail.
Scotty E. Clark, 25, of Waldo had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 35 days in jail with probation to continue.
Jason J. Delano, 29, of Friendship was found guilty of operating after habitual offender revocation and attaching false plates Nov. 25, 2007 in Waldoboro.
Delano was fined $1000 and sentenced to nine months and one day with the DOC for the first count, and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail for the second count.
Zachary K. Emery, 20, of Rome had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 30, 2008 in Whitefield dismissed because of lack of evidence.
Benjamin Kristopher Masten, 31, of Bremen had his probation partially revoked with probation to continue.
Soncheri K. Morse, 34, of Candia, N.H. was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 5, 2008 in Damariscotta and charged restitution of $903.94.
Michelle Lynn Paradis, 42, of Jefferson was found guilty of assault Dec. 20, 2007 in Jefferson and fined $300.
Corey L. Poland, 40, of Bristol was found guilty of two counts of assault Nov. 28, 2007 in Bristol, fined $300 for each, and sentenced to seven days in jail for one.
The court dismissed on plea counts of terrorizing, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating condition of release.
Bruce A. Reed, 46, of Wiscasset was convicted of assault Oct. 15, 2008 in Wiscasset and fined $300. The court dismissed two counts of unlawful sexual contact on plea.
Justin Rice, 23, of Waldoboro was found guilty of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and $500.
Gregory Zaccadelli, 21, of Warren had his probation partially revoked and was sentenced to nine months and one day to Knox County Jail with probation to be continued.
