On Nov. 3, Glenn A. Burns, 46, Thomaston, was found guilty of violating condition of release and received a $500 fine. The offense dates from Aug. 5.
On Oct. 29, Heather Dawn Castner, 32, Waldoboro, was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, $100 fine.
Jamie D. Main, 23, West Bath, was found guilty of domestic violence assault, stemming from a March 24 incident.
Dana Shulman, 39, Richmond, was convicted of eluding an officer and sentenced to two years in the Dept, of Corrections with all but 60 days suspended and one-year probation. He was also found guilty of driving to endanger and received a $515 fine, 30 days in TBRJ and had his license suspended 90 days. The offences occurred on July 29, 2008.
