A meeting scheduled for Jan. 2 in Boothbay Harbor, hosted by the Maine Dept. of Marine Resources to discuss the state of the lobster industry, has been re-scheduled due to unforeseen illness of DMR staff.
The meeting is now set for Tues., Jan. 22 at 6 p.m. in the Large Conference Room of the Department of Marine Resources Boothbay Harbor facility.
Meetings scheduled for Thurs., Jan. 3 at the Jonesport Fire Station and the Machias Memorial High School and Fri., Jan. 4 at the Gouldsboro Community Center will also be rescheduled. New dates and time for these meetings will be posted on the DMR website and distributed via email to industry stakeholders and to local, regional and state media outlets as soon as they are confirmed.
