Alice and Rufus Percy of Whitefield are proud to announce the birth of their baby boy, Lowell Shane Percy, born at home, on Feb. 11 at 8:10 p.m.
Baby boy Lowell arrived weighing 9 pounds, 4 ounces, and is 21.5 inches in length.
In attendance were midwives Holly Arends, CPM of Birch Moon Midwifery and Heather Stamler, CPM.
Lowell was welcomed by his brother, Calvin.
Maternal grandparents are James and Theta Torbert of Whitefield and paternal grandparents are Ellis Percy and Joann Tribby of Jefferson, and Jean Riccardi of South Newfane, Vt.
