Masters Machine employees recently donated $800 to Bristol Fire and Rescue to assist in the agency’s efforts to buy gifts and meals for Bristol area families.
The annual collection started about a decade ago, the idea of a former employee, a company spokeswoman said. A handful of the company’s 112 employees collect donations from their coworkers over about three weeks, she said.
Masters Machine Company, in Round Pond, specializes in precision components for the medical, automotive and electronics industries.
