A blustery wind and rain storm that pummeled Lincoln County Wednesday night through Thursday morning caused power outages to 305 Lincoln County households, according to Central Maine Power Co. Electricity was restored to most households by 10 p.m. on Thursday night, according to CMP.
Winds from the southeast with sustained velocities of 20 mph to 30 mph and gusting to 50 mph buffeted the area beginning late Tuesday night and continued through Thursday morning.
Total rainfall was estimated at 1 to 2 inches, according to reports.
