Newcastle Chrysler has expanded its reconditioning and tire-alignment departments with the construction of a 40-by-40-foot building at its Route 1 location. The building has three bays, two of which contain new lifts, while one has a state-of-the-art tire-balancing machine.
Owner Randy Miller worked with local contractor Zander Lee on the building’s construction, which started in September of last year and finished in November.
Newcastle Chrysler’s reconditioning services include cleaning and detailing. Tyler Greenleaf is the head of the department. To schedule an appointment, call 563-8138.
Miller has increased the dealership’s number of technicians to eight, including Neil Laraby, who recently finished training to work on Dodge Vipers, making Newcastle Chrysler the only dealership with such certification in all of Maine.
Newcastle Chrysler has also expanded its rental services to include 16 vans, sedans, and SUVs.
Miller said the dealership will host a party at some point in August to celebrate the opening of its new building.
