James Cosgrove, executive vice president of Newcastle Square Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Julie L. Simmons to the firm’s roster of broker associates.
Simmons is the former owner of Signature Notary Services, a company that provided real estate closing services to over 40 different title companies and banks throughout Maine.
Most recently she has been affiliated with several other local real estate firms as a real estate broker.
“Julie is known for her enthusiasm, dedication and her attention to detail,” said Cosgrove. “We think she has a lot to offer our clients. We are thrilled to have her join our organization.”
