Convening in a Maple Hill Farm conference room in Hallowell this morning, the Board of Environmental Protection unanimously granted an appeal filed by South Bristol lobsterman David Rice.
The board’s decision removes a storage condition preventing Rice from storing lobster traps on his commercial pier in Clark’s Cove.
