Teachers at the Nobleboro Central School have agreed to a contract with AOS 93. At the May 14 meeting of the NCS School Board, union representatives Paula Schuster and Ken Williams joined members of the Nobleboro School Board in signing an agreement that will be in effect from Sept. 1 through Aug. 31, 2014.
Williams is president of the Nobleboro Teachers’ Association.
The agreement between the Nobleboro Teachers’ Association and the Nobleboro School Board covers 14 teaching positions and includes a 3-percent pay increase for each of the two years it covers.
Supt. Steve Bailey was not available to provide details on the contract before press time.
