The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch in regard to a storm that may visit beginning Saturday night. Meteorologists are acknowledging that the track for this storm has been particularly unpredictable, so residents may want to keep an eye on updates for this event.
The NWS Winter Storm Watch is warning of the “potential for greater than 6 inches of snow Saturday night through Sunday,” while noting that “the exact track of the storm is still uncertain at this time”. Another notation is made in the bulletin that any variation in the track could mean either a much more or much less significant event.
