The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory beginning 11 p.m. Tuesday night and extending to noon on Wednesday. The advisory warns of snowfall during that time period that may be hazardous to motorists, especially during the morning commute, when the heaviest snowfall may visit the area, according to the NWS. Snow accumulation is forecast in the range of 3 to 6 inches, according to the NWS.
