Parents Adam and Tatyana Libby of Jefferson, proudly announce the birth of their daughter Olivia Libby on Dec. 28 at 8:39 a.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital.
Baby Olivia weighed in at 8 lbs., 13 oz., and is welcomed by sister Isabela Libby.
