Katie Ventimiglia, 19, of Waldoboro was found guilty of two counts of domestic violence assault and was fined $600 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended and will be required to serve one year of probation. She was also found guilty of criminal mischief, violating condition of release and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Yancey M. Harvey Sr., 36, of Waldoboro was found guilty of loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle and was fined $200.
Lee D. Hamlin, 23, of Wiscasset, possession of marijuana, $500; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Stewart Hanley, 19, of Bristol, minor transporting liquor, $100, license suspended 30 days; possession of marijuana, $350.
Walter L. Hezik, 20, of Boothbay, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; driving to endanger, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Sean Kingston, 33, of Wiscasset, attaching false plates, $300; failure to stop, remain, provide information, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
