Keith E. White, 36, of Bremen, operating under the influence, $500, license suspended 90 days.
Scot W. Winchenbach, 50, of Waldoboro was found guilty of operating under the influence and was fined $500 and sentenced to 48 hours in jail and had his license suspended 90 days.
Russell E. Pinkham, 45, Boothbay. Failing to make oral or written accident report at Gouldsboro. Fined $250.
Joshua S. Anthony, 28, of Waldoboro was found to have violated his probation for a previous theft by unauthorized use of property with prior charge and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and had his probation partially revoked and continued.
