Tammy L. Boyington, 38, of Waldoboro was found guilty of fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area and was fined $750.
Montgomery Winchenbach, 30, of Waldoboro was found guilty of fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area and was fined $300.
Keith G. Dunstan, 29, of Pemaquid, operating under the influence, $500; license suspended 90 days.

Dean Verney, 42, of Newcastle was found guilty of furnishing liquor to a minor and was fined $500 and given 24 hours in jail. A charge of aggravated furnishing of schedule drugs was dismissed.
Todd Morales, 36, of Waldoboro was found guilty of theft by receiving stolen property and was given one year in prison. A charge of theft by receiving stolen property with priors was dismissed.
Jamie N. Cunningham, 25, of Wiscasset was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer with priors and was given two years in jail with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation and $3650 restitution. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.
John L. Prior, 28, of Bremen, five charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, jury trial requested for each; assault, jury trial requested; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, jury trial requested.
