More than 3,000 Lincoln County residents were without power this morning after the county experienced snow, sleet, and freezing rain in the overnight hours of Monday, Jan. 23 to Tuesday, Jan. 24.
According to the Central Maine Power Co. website, approximately 3,349 customers in Bristol, South Bristol, and Waldoboro were without power as of 7:45 a.m. Tuesday.
CMP restored power to 395 customers in Waldoboro before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. The 1,863 outages in Bristol and 1,091 outages in South Bristol are expected to be restored by 11 a.m. Tuesday, according to the website.
