Power has been restored to 615 Lincoln County households that were without power during the height of an afternoon windstorm on Thursday, according to John Carroll, the spokesperson for Central Maine Power (CMP). The storm brought sustained winds at 25 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
A Wind Advisory issued by the NWS Thursday morning was withdrawn Thursday evening at 5 p.m.
