A two-vehicle accident on Route 32 at Lower Round Pond Road around noon Friday temporarily closed the road to traffic while responders cleared the scene.
Following the accident, the two vehicles, a Ford F-150 truck and a Volvo station wagon, came to rest on the front lawn of Dot’s Bakery at 1233 Route 32 in Round Pond. The Volvo
came to rest on its roof.
There was no immediate word on the condition of the operators, and at least one person was transported from the scene by ambulance.
The Bristol and Bremen Fire Departments and Central Lincoln County Ambulance, and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
