Mark and Sarah Jo Barter of Boothbay are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Rowan Earl Barter, born on Dec. 23 at 3:59 p.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital weighing 8 lbs., 12 oz.
Maternal grandparents are Scott and Lori Brewer of Boothbay; paternal grandparents are Kevin Barter of Boothbay Harbor and Jan Barter of Nobleboro.
Maternal great-grandparents are Dorothy Brewer and the late Earl L. Brewer Sr. of Boothbay Harbor, Pat Sibley of Boothbay Harbor and Loren and Dot Sibley of Bristol.
