Dana Waltz and Rebecca Mountainland are pleased to announce the birth of Ruthann Cathleen Waltz, born April 28 weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz at Waldo County Hospital.
Proud grandparents are Frank and Cathleen Waltz of Jefferson and John Mountainland of Union and Robin Shaw of China.
