Gary and Heather (Farrar) Higgins, of Jefferson, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Dawn Higgins. Samantha was born at Maine General Augusta Hospital at 10:26 a.m., May 30, weighing 7 lbs,. 2 oz. Debra Lessner, of Nobleboro, is her proud grandmother.
