Robert M. Tibbetts and Jennifer M. Libby of Damariscotta are pleased to announce the arrival of a baby boy, Samuel Robert Mahlon Tibbetts, born on Dec. 20 at 9:57 a.m. at Miles Memorial Hospital weighing 6 lbs., 14 oz. He is the baby brother to Annabelle Benner.
