Senator Chris Johnson, D-Somerville, will hold his monthly in-district office hours on Saturday, May 10, in three locations.
He will be at the Waldoboro Public Library in Waldoboro from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the Maine Coast Book Shop Café in Damariscotta from 10:30 a.m. to noon, and at Treats in Wiscasset from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
“With the session over, now is a good time to take stock and hear how people think we did,” said Senator Johnson. “I’d also like to know what people would like to see happen next year.”
These office hours, or listening sessions, are held by Senator Johnson to give residents the opportunity to conveniently voice their opinions and concerns directly to him.
“I’m also interested in adding a place in Windsor for office hours, and I would be interested in any ideas people have for a location,” Johnson said. “If you know of anywhere that is appropriate, please e-mail me at senchris.johnson@legislature.maine.gov.”
Johnson represents Senate District 20, which includes all Lincoln County towns except Dresden, along with Windsor in Kennebec County, and Washington and Friendship in Knox County.
