Tabitha Rachelle Shannon and Ajoy Rex Virendra Vase, of Los Angeles, Cal., are pleased to announce their engagement.
Tabitha is the daughter of Toby and Sara Shannon, of Bristol. Ajoy is the son of Ashok and Oreen Vase, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
A July 2011 wedding is planned.
Tabitha, a cancer research assistant, is a 2005 graduate of Lincoln Academy and 2009 graduate of Pomona College in California.
Ajoy, a high school math and physics teacher, is 2004 graduate of Pomona College and a 2005 graduate of Stanford University. The couple plans to continue living and working in Los Angeles for a year as Tabitha plans to continue her medical training.
